    Description

    1902 Business Letter: Peter Henderson & CO Seedsmen & Florists, Cortlandt St, New York. Very fancy elaborate letterhead.  Founded in 1847 and incorporated in 1890.
    Some wear to edges and corners, staining, paper discoloration, creases, fold lines, etc.  No rips or tears noted.  Came on cardboard backing in plastic sleeve and taped so I did not remove it from the package. Mr. Henderson is replying to Prof Phelps of Briar Cliff Manor for a meeting.  Please see photos.  Selling as is.  May have a musty odor.
