1902 Business Letter: State of Connecticut Dairy Commissioners Office.
Some wear to edges and corners, staining, paper discoloration, creases, fold lines, etc.  No rips or tears noted.  Came on cardboard backing in plastic sleeve and taped so I did not remove it from the package. Prof Phelps of Briar Cliff Manor asked to speak at the annual meeting, but Mr. Noble, a commissioner, is declining.  Please see photos.  Selling as is.  May have a musty odor.
