    This attractive well-detailed medal is a replica Iron Cross Second Class (1939) medal.  It is ideal for reenactors who wish to display and approved medal  which fully complies with the laws of the German Federal Republic with respect to military awards presented during WWII. This medal was first produced in 1957 under the laws of the German
    Bundesrepublic
    (West Germany).  This is a replica of that award.  It is a
    high quality non-ferrous reproduction which weighs 29 grams and is 5 mm thick.  It comes with a six-inch length of the correct 30 mm (wide) ribbon.
