Description
Here is a small vintage kiln/furnace. Range is up to 1,600 F. which is where the danger area starts up to 1,750 F. Everything is in working order. No dents and no scratches(view window) on the heat gauge. The kiln is in working condition, and heats up quickly.
The crack that you see is on the exterior wall of the two ceramic layers, NOT an INTERIOR crack (pictures to come).
Red light lights up when knob is the danger temperature area. Weighted lever on the left side. Original electrical cloth cord with some minor cuts solely on the cloth here and there but nothing major. Small fissure in the exterior chamber(top) of the two layers 9th. picture that seems to be from usage(heat cycles) not from it being dropped. This also includes a small ceramic tray. I will include some repair refining plaster, so you can fix the crack and repair it even though it does not effect the kiln at all. Also cracks in kilns should only be repaired when they are effecting the heating process or function of the kiln.
Exterior measurements are: Depth at the (going towards the wall/rear) base: 8-5/8", Depth atop including the door: 7-3/4", Height: 11-3/8", and Width: 6-5/8". Chamber measurements: 3" Width X 2-9/16" HEIGHT X 4-1/8" DEPTH.
Please remember that 100% of all sales go to helping homeless people and people in need with swarm meals, warm clothing, utility billes and much needed bibles! Thank you!
