Yokogawa UP750 digital programmable controller for mass flow and pressure control.  System utilizes bypass pumping with an automated control valve for pressure control.
Vacuum monitored with Super Bee Enhanced Pirani Vacuum Gauge.
PLC programmed with automatic valve operation.
Graphite hot zone and two-sided graphite heating elements and carbon fiber hearth plate.  Gas flow controlled for front to back flow path.
Edwards E2M40 mechanical vacuum pump.
Digital high limit safety controller.
