Description:
Forced Air ovens are ideally suited for shelf-life, stability, burn-in, reliability, quality, and research and development testing, as well as production processes. And with a workspace size of 28 ft

the unit provides the flexiblity for your application.
Conditioning System:
Proper airflow and temperature uniformity are maintained by use of a horizontal conditioning system and a high-performance blower wheel. This combination provides both flexibility in shelf-loading patterns as well as rapid recovery times when airflow is interrupted.
The manually-adjustable, two-inch diameter intake and exhaust ports are conveniently located on the top of the unit: when open, they will accelerate the drying of samples with a high moisture content; normal operation requires them to be closed.
Standard Safety Features:
Each oven includes safety features such as independent, adjustable, high-limit controller for the security of over-temperature protection. If the controller detects a runaway temperature condition, it will automatically disconnect the heating circuit while activating an audible and visual alarm. The controller includes a manual reset to encourage appropriate correction of an over-temperature condition. The manual reset cannot be cycled until the chamber temperature has dropped below the original setpoint. Additional safety features include an airflow interruption switch that monitors pressure differential in the chamber and is connected directly to the circulation system. If an interruption is detected, the switch will shut down power to the heating elements.
Timed Cycle Operatoin:
A digital timer allows timed cyrcle operation and is programmable for up to 99.9 hours of operation.
