Used. This oven is in Fair cosmetic condition. The aluminum interior has light corrosion and lots of wear on the bottom plate. The top has a hand-written message in faded permanent marker saying the oven is inoperable because the circulation fan doesn't run . . . but there is no circulation fan!  The outside has a couple of dents as well as stains and residues from prior use.
Notes:
This oven is in Good working condition. The knob is not graduated by temperature, but when it was set to a middle setting, the temperature eventually held relatively steady at a middling temperature. When set to the maximum, the temperature ended up about 275ºC on our handheld thermometer inserted through the top vent. The door sags just a little, so it hits the bracket that seems to be in place to kick the door up so it will latch properly; a good firm shutting push gets it closed and latched properly.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
