    Description

    Vintage Brooch Russian Lacquer Hand Painted Signed Floral Black Red Foil Underlay. I hand selected this directly from the artist while visiting Russia shortly after the fall of Communism in the early 1990s. Purchased this one because of the twinkle from the red foil underlayment. On black lacquer.  I had never seen this technique.  It just caught my eye. The pictures certainly don't do it justice. It measures approximately 2" in diameter. A stunning original piece signed by the artist. Shipping via USPS Mail.
